Toronto Travel Diaries: Casa Loma.
Welcome to the first post in my new three part series showing you all my snaps from my Summer Vacation to Toronto back in July, now normally I'd call them my Photo Album posts but Toronto Travel Diaries or TTD just seemed to roll off the tongue a little better.
Today's post focuses more on the beautiful Casa Loma. Casa Loma is a gothic style Mansion located at 1 Austin Terrace, Toronto, Ontario. It was originally built as a home for and by Sir Henry Pellatt in 1914. It now resides as a Museum and Event Venue as well as being quite a well-known filming location for such films like Chicago and the X-men, for all you Harry Potter fans it was also for a short time made into Hogwarts for the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

The day we visited Casa Loma there was a wedding on, possibly a Hockey player or Actors wedding as all the guys were dressed like GQ guys, not like your normal everyday wedding, but because of that the conservatory was still set up and the Glasshouse so we couldn't get into as they were setting up for the evenings entertainment.

The Windsor Room was named after the English Royal Family with the hopes that the Queen would some day come and stay hence being called the Windsor Room. The Bed itself as it is very unique it is made of Walnut and dates back to the early 19th century.
